Black Friday…The start of the Christmas season. The sun is shining and it’s the day after Thanksgiving! So many are feeling low for lack of finances, relationships, resources, and are simply at spiritual warfare. The color BLACK represents being in the positive, hence Black Friday. Merchants are expecting positive profit margins as the shopping for Christmas begins.

This, the day after Thanksgiving, is DAY 2. Let’s think of it as the mental health BLACK FRIDAY. We are starting the Christmas season off with a positive mind. Think positive, Act positive, Be positive, Speak positive. The first thing we can do today is get up again today!. Go out. Get in the spirit of Christmas. Put up decorations. If you don’t have any, go to the store. Don’t let anything stop you from enjoying the Christmas holiday season.
