Just an ordinary girl with an extraordinary HEART; my heart was different; I knew it from the start. A heart full of passion, a heart so pure, a desire to help people, WHY? I was always unsure. Always giving of herself, oftentimes her last; yet when she was in need there was no one to ask.
Even as an adult she loved to help those in need, often asking God “Why have you planted this seed?”, Giving of the heart, a heart full of love yet always yearning for loyalty, faithfulness and love.
Now a woman, with a heart deeply scarred, betrayed, abandoned, and constantly wondering why life had to be so hard. Listening to God, finally hearing His voice, she accepted the fact that she had no choice.
God was speaking to her through every moment of her pain; every hurdle every struggle…NONE OF IT WAS ON VAIN. This woman finally accepted that her purpose was clear. Everything that she’d been through was leading her here.
She was created to fight for those less outspoken…those who were like her…those who’d been broken. God knew that she had strength, for He created her. She was determined and honest, and caring, and passionate. She had a pure heart, and genuinely cared. No matter how difficult, she continued to bear.
Through wins and losses along the way, this extraordinary woman, often tired, fought anyway. God sent angels and devils to challenge and assist; sometimes she resisted temptation, and sometimes she missed.
Trying to give up, feeling no more fight; God sent an angel again and said,” NO NOT THIS NIGHT!” Now, here she stands, tall proud and unashamed. Ready to fight for those in need of help…some, I can call by name.
This woman, although broken, a heart still pure, still fights, often alone; but now she can endure. She is stronger, wiser, more experienced in life. She has seen so much pain, some that others twice her age will never experience in their life.
She is still judged, shunned, talked about and lied on. She still stands strong in her truth, even fighting for others who walk away without the strength to keep the fight going. Like King, and Malcom X and Rosa Parks too, this woman stands alone. She hasn’t given up. When friends and family walk away…when people get upset because they are uncomfortable in the realization that they too are uncomfortable with what people think…She is still fighting. She fights for her, and she continues to fight for you.
