WHEN YOU HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE

It’s amazing how simple life becomes when you begin to hold people accountable. No longer apologizing for things you didn’t do, and not accepting responsibility/blame when you know what they are saying just simply isn’t true…THE PEACE IS AMAZING. When you are able to get to a place where you are ok with not having certain people in your life, and you refuse to be the one who keeps the relationship going, THAT IS PEACE…ACCEPTANCE…SELF LOVE. That is the point WHEN YOU CAN HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE.

Relationships are a two way street. No one individual can keep any marriage, frienship, or family relationship going. Unfortunately, when we express our feelings regarding one sided relationships, we are often perceived as negative or toxic. Everyone deserves to receive the energy and effort they give . It saddens me that others feel that it is ok to turn the tables or gaslight others WHEN YOU HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE for their mishandling of you.

In this New Season, everything in my circle is in the process of becoming new. 2023 has begun to bring about not only a new thought process, but also new energy which is positive…a new plannew goals…a new attitude… and defiinitely, NEW PEOPLE. I am no longer chasing anyone to be in my life.

When people do not see that they, too, must be held accountable for the role they play in relationships, it should cause us pause. It should bring clarity to us about how little we are worth to them. Anything of value is cared for…nurtured…loved…tended to. When we are truly cared for and loved by others, it will be apparent in the way that they make time for us…how they care for us. They will nurture , love and care for us as much as we do them, and we will not have to beg for their time. THEY WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE for how they make us feel. When you hold them accountable, and they show a positive change in their actions for the betterment of the relationship, that is expressing genuine love in a relationship that goes both ways. We deserve nothing less than what we give. Beginning now, in this New Season, TAKE CARE OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH, AND HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE!

I am a recently single mother of four wonderful adult children. I love young people and have a passion for developing and motivating people. After spending over thirty years in the customer service industry, and my world was suddenly turned upside down, I found myself having to start my life over. Realizing that I could no longer maintain a healthy mental state while working with the public, I decided to use my passion for helping people and motivating US to turn our PAIN INTO POWER.
