Medicine πŸ’Š For the Soul

Many of us have become consumed by the frailties and numerous challenges of life that we have forgotten how to have fun. Every action and word is a complaint, and we fail to see πŸ‘€ any goodness in life. We must change our thought process. If we see the good in whatever little we have, our lives become better.

We have to look deep within ourselves in order to find our peace…joy…happiness, and then share it with others. In order to see the good in our lives, we must stop basing our goals on the success of others. In addition, if we stop striving to make others happy our lives become less stressful.

I cannot stress enough the importance of self-love…self-worth…self-care in order to be at peace. Without us being happy, it’s impossible to share happiness with others. Being happy within enables us to truly love and care for others. We are able to spread joy, positivity and peace.

When we are miserable within, our misery and unhappiness spreads like wildfire; destroying the a spirit others. No matter what is taking place in our lives, we must simply learn to live, laugh πŸ˜† and love. Find our place of peace, and spread joy. On this 18th day of Lent, simply laugh. Laughter is medicine πŸ’Š for the soul.

I am a recently single mother of four wonderful adult children. I love young people and have a passion for developing and motivating people. After spending over thirty years in the customer service industry, and my world was suddenly turned upside down, I found myself having to start my life over. Realizing that I could no longer maintain a healthy mental state while working with the public, I decided to use my passion for helping people and motivating US to turn our PAIN INTO POWER.
