Self-Love

On this beautiful Friday, do all you can, to love yourself wholeheartedly; mind, body, and spirit. In doing so, you will have a deeper understanding of the love that God has for you. When realizing the fullness of God’s love, you will naturally want to love everyone around you.

What I have realized is that people who are mean- spirited, lack self-love. They haven’t become spiritually in tune with God, and are mentally unwell and emotionally unhealed. People who go out of their way to be mean to others, dislike those who’ve done them no harm, sabotage, talk about, gossip about, spread rumors about, and wish ill will toward others, are mentally unwell. When we are in love with ourselves and God, we are too happy, and have too much joy in our lives to focus on negativity. When we have joy in us, and truly love God, we not only know our assignment, we eagerly and purposely, seek to live to show others how good God truly is…simply by showing LOVE.

If you are naturally mean, seek help in order to learn to truly develop self-love. If you are a Christian, yet are turning others away from God with unchristianlike ways, SEEK HELP, because there is a lack of self-love. Finally, if you are drawn to helping others, are constantly seeking to be a witness to what God can do, and just have lots of love to give, KEEP GOING. You are a rare find. Don’t allow the cruelty of this world prevent you from doing what God has called you to do. Continue to be amazing. We are soldiers on this battlefield. KEEP FIGHTING…KEEP BELIEVING…
KEEP PRAYING…KEEP HOPING. Most of all, KEEP LOVING, and never stop working on you!

GOD LOVES YOU AND SO DO I!!!

Mind, Body, Spirit

MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS!!!

Defy the Stigma!

I am a recently single mother of four wonderful adult children. I love young people and have a passion for developing and motivating people. After spending over thirty years in the customer service industry, and my world was suddenly turned upside down, I found myself having to start my life over. Realizing that I could no longer maintain a healthy mental state while working with the public, I decided to use my passion for helping people and motivating US to turn our PAIN INTO POWER.
