Happy Monday Yaaaalllll!!
On this beautiful, Day 20, of Mental Health Awareness Month, I urge each of us to be kind. Please understand that many of the people we encounter, are going through something. No matter what a person is dealing with, it may be affecting them mentally, physically, or spiritually. Please be kind. Some people are better at wearing masks than others. Just remember to be kind.
As we navigate through today, and each day forward, be like Jesus. Treat everyone with love. Just be kind. You never know how you may affect a life, by just being kind. Personally, I can attest, that all disabilities aren’t visible. Some disabilities we simply cannot see. Let’s work on treating everyone the same. Today, and moving forward, let’s make a concerted effort to simply, be kind.
When we show kindness, we are able to practice having the heart of Jesus. Showing love and kindness adds to the good that is needed in this evil that is among us. Showing kindness enables our light to shine for those who may only see darkness. Because we never know the story of others, it’s important to just be kind.
No matter what storms may come our way today, I believe that things will work out. All we have to do is, trust God, and be kind. From experience, being kind, loving others and always having faith, has sustained me in my darkest times. Our behavior towards others can determine how they feel about themselves, others, and life in general. So please, just be kind.
We must be kind to the person in a wheelchair, the autistic child, the pregnant woman, the blind man, and the elderly couple. Yes, of course, we should be kind to those with physical disabilities, but it doesn’t end there. We can’t forget that the homeless man or woman, the addict, the young kids seemingly lost, and the nice looking man/woman who appears to have it all, have feelings too. So don’t forget, be kind to them too. We can never judge what someone else is going through when we are judging from the outside. No matter the gener, race, religion, or ethnicity, just be loving, and kind to everyone you meet. Plain and simple, some scars can’t be seen.
GOD LOVES YOU AND SO DO I
