Just a Touch of Jesus

Happy Sunday YAAAAALLL!!!!

Today was our 117th church anniversary. St. Ambrose has been a beacon of light, and giving hope, to the Park Heights Community for over a century. WHAT A POWERFUL TESTIMONY IN THIS CRAZY WORLD WE ARE LIVING IN.

Like many others, my pain almost kept me home, but I’m thankful that God pushed me to make it to church today. Hearing God’s word, I realized that I was like the Woman at the well. She was ill for a long time, yet she knew all that she needed was Jesus…to touch Him, and she would be saved. Today, alll I needed was to get to be in His presence. The simple act of going to church, listening to His word, being surrounded by others who are also in need of some healing, and I was comforted. I understood that Jesus is all I need to be made whole again. FOR I HAVE TOUCHED THE HEM OF HIS GARMENT AND HIS BLOOD HAS MADE ME WHOLE“.

Sometimes, our pain (physical, mental, spiritual, emotional) can cripple us. We become so consumed with what’s wrong in our lives, that we forget that Jesus is calling us to Him for healing. If we go to Him, and remain faithful to Him in all times, the blood will strengthen and heal us. I AM SO GLAD that I made it to God’s house, to be reminded that He is still faithful. I am still capable of living a life of abundance because I can simply touch the hem of the garment. MY GOD!!!!

WHATEVER YOU ARE GOING THROUGH, REMEMBER THAT GOD IS FAITHFUL AND HE CAN DO ALL THINGS. YOU JUST HAVE TO TRUST AND BELIEVE.

GOD LOVES YOU AND SO DO I!

I am a recently single mother of four wonderful adult children. I love young people and have a passion for developing and motivating people. After spending over thirty years in the customer service industry, and my world was suddenly turned upside down, I found myself having to start my life over. Realizing that I could no longer maintain a healthy mental state while working with the public, I decided to use my passion for helping people and motivating US to turn our PAIN INTO POWER.
