Thank you to everyone who called, texted, or posted to wish me a Happy Birthday. Although today didn’t go as planned, my day was still amazing. I got to spend time relaxing and being around those who matter most. I especially thank Tonya Thomas Williams, You made my day. Tess Bradford, I love you for always being just who I need you to be. Maureen Johnson, you’re an amazing friend. I love you, and thank you for this past week. I thank each of my babies. All four of them always show me how much they love me. It is an awesome feeling to know that your children actually like you. Not everyone can say the same, so for that, I’M THANKFUL.
Some people take birthdays for granted. I take no day for granted. Each birthday God allows us to celebrate is a milestone. Birthdays are a gift from God, and should never be taken lightly. Although my plans weren’t God’s plans for my birthday, or the past year, I am determined to walk on the path He has planned for me. I vow to let nothing, or no one, affect God’s purpose for my life. I am excited about MY YEAR OF MORE. That’s right, 54 IS MY YEAR OF MORE! More love…More Peace…More Fun…More Blessings…More Money… More Giving…More Serving Others…MORE OF EVERYTHING attached to my growth. I claim ABUNDANCE.
Beginning today, I vow to be intentional about every move I make in order to walk effortlessly into my God given Purpose. What began as a day of disappointment, turned into a day of peace, hope, love and joy. I have no regrets. I don’t regret canceling plans for today, and I admit that spiritually, I want for nothing. Although I physically lack, I can say that I know that God is covering me. I am overwhelmed with thanks, for all that God is doing in my life. The trials and the triumphs are worth the breakthrough that awaits.
With tears of joy, I THANK EACH OF YOU for the love; It’s never taken lightly. I look forward to the continued support, as I boldly and fearlessly, live out my YEAR OF MORE.
