Be Thankful In THIS ADVENT SEASON

It’s amazing, how quickly the days go by. Already, it’s Thursday, again. Just seven days ago, we were celebrating Thanksgiving. As I reflect on my Thanksgiving celebration, I am still thankful, that God continues to see me worthy, to face each day.

As I push through this fifth Day of Advent, I am reminded of all God has blessed me with through the years. I am reminded, daily, that I should never lose HOPE. Knowing that God will continue to make a way, I will never give up on Him. Although I am still not feeling my best, knowing that God is pulling me through, gives me the will to help others.

After experiencing HOLIDAY GRIEF for many years, I am truly thankful, on this Thursday, for the many people who have helped me, to see the beauty in Christmas. Because I am so thankful, I am excited to be a vehicle for others, to see the beauty in celebrating this beautiful holiday.

Whatever the situation is now, or has been in the past, if we place our HOPE, and TRUST in God, we will be able to experience; and enjoy, the celebration of our Savior’s birth. Together, let us all show our thanks to God, by serving someone else this Christmas Season. My prayer, is that we enjoy doing for others so much, that we make it a part of our daily life, beyond the holidays.

As we continue to move eagerly through this first week of Advent, let us continue to focus on Luke chapter 3, as we prepare our hearts, minds, and spirits, for our Savior’s birth.

Happy Holidays!

GOD LOVES YOU AND SO DO I!

Defy the Stigma!

I am a recently single mother of four wonderful adult children. I love young people and have a passion for developing and motivating people. After spending over thirty years in the customer service industry, and my world was suddenly turned upside down, I found myself having to start my life over. Realizing that I could no longer maintain a healthy mental state while working with the public, I decided to use my passion for helping people and motivating US to turn our PAIN INTO POWER.
