If I Die Today

WHAT A GREAT DAY TO BE ALIVE!!!

No matter what happens in my life; if I died today, I am greatful that I have lived an enjoyable life.  I regret nothing.

I may not have had the storybook life that many aim for, but I’ve had a good life. I regret nothing.

I may not have had all of the money in the world, but I’ve experienced many beautiful, and great things…More than money can buy. I regret nothing.

I have sacrificed myself, for those who haven’t done the same for me. I regret nothing.

I may not have had the fanciest of clothes, or the most expensive houses and cars, but I am greatful for what I had in the past, and what I have now. I regret nothing.

I may not have been THE GREATEST wife… mother…sister…daughter…friend, but I have always been A GREAT one.

I may not have a lot to give, but I have given, and will give, all I have. I regret nothing.

I may have failed, at this thing called love, but I have experienced true love many times.  If I never marry again, I am greatful for the love I have. I am ok with being alone. I regret nothing.

During my healing journey,  I have realized the importance of self love, peace, and having God in my life. These things, coupled with a healthy mind, allows for true happiness. My happiness isn’t based on things; rather, it’s based on experiencing real, genuine, love, friendships,  and loyalty.  My happiness is not only centered around the love I received, but also the love I’ve been able to give.

As I continue on my journey, I’m totally in love with
myself, and my life. I am thankful for what bent me, and greatful that it didn’t break me. If I die today, my heart is at rest. I’ve been loved by many,  but God loved me best. This healing journey feels so amazing.  What God is doing in my life, no man can take away.

Defy the Stigma!

I am a recently single mother of four wonderful adult children. I love young people and have a passion for developing and motivating people. After spending over thirty years in the customer service industry, and my world was suddenly turned upside down, I found myself having to start my life over. Realizing that I could no longer maintain a healthy mental state while working with the public, I decided to use my passion for helping people and motivating US to turn our PAIN INTO POWER.
