Takin’ A Break While Waitin’ on My Breakthrough

IN TRANSITION: Day 15

Since 2024, via train 🚆 is my favorite form of travel. Not only for the scenery and speed, but I prefer the leg room and large seats; opposed to the smaller seats that planes and busses provide. Although it’s longer than flying, I find that taking the train is more cost effective, and much more comfortable, faster, and more peaceful than driving.

As I gaze through the window, and watch the scenery pass by, I lift up prayers of thanks. I reflect on every trip I’ve ever been on. I remember vivid details of each one. The most enjoyable of each trip, are those I traveled by train. I was rested, comfortable, and usually, pain free. I enjoy the ability to freely, move about.

Since my pelvis injury, I have been unable to travel, comfortably, via plane, bus, or car. Being able to stretch my long, legs, recline my chair, not pay for bags.. all of it is a plus for me. Although any form of travel can be painful for me, I am blessed to still be able to do so. I’ve taken 5-6 trips this year. I still have two more to go.

As I prepare to embark upon another adventure, I thank God for blessing me. He’s been my shelter during my storm. From 2019-2024, my travel was limited. When I realized, in 2024, that I was tired of simply, living, I took passport, and never looked back.

As I remember all of the years lost, that I did nothing but struggle…paid bills…fought to survive…. I am thankful for the ability to see the beauty of enjoying life through the struggles. I’ve seen sunsets, and sun rises, sand and snow, various nationalities, and every temperature imaginable. In it all, I’m blessed. I’M TAKING A BREAK SO I CAN MAKE IT TO MY BREAKTHROUGH.

As I begin yet another vacation, I pray that we all realize the importance of rest, no matter what is before us. Kewp living regardless of the circumstances. Have a Terrific Thursday on Purpose. GOD LOVES YOU AND SO DO I

Don’t forget to TAKE A BREAK WHILE WAITING ON YOUR BREAKTHROUGH.

Defy the Stigma!

I am a recently single mother of four wonderful adult children. I love young people and have a passion for developing and motivating people. After spending over thirty years in the customer service industry, and my world was suddenly turned upside down, I found myself having to start my life over. Realizing that I could no longer maintain a healthy mental state while working with the public, I decided to use my passion for helping people and motivating US to turn our PAIN INTO POWER.
