Happy Sunday beautiful people!!! This is the day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad!!! I am so full. After a stressful week, Women’s Day turned out great!
Do you know what it’s like to be completely out of sorts because it doesn’t look like things are going to work out the way you plan? Sometimes we can start planning early, wear have all of our ducks in a row, but the smallest miscommunication or life event, can turn things upside down…for the last two weeks, everything that could happen, did. I suffered a panic attack on yesterday, and I nearly had one this morning. I prayed. I asked God to have His way, and allow His work to be done throug the women of St. Ambrose. What began at 9am as confusion, turned out to be an amazing Women’s Day Celebration. No one knew the challenges that we faced. With God interceding, everything turned out beautifully. It was more that I prayed for.
Today, I remembered to breathe. I remembered what people have said to me about relaxing, breathing, and most importantly, I prayed unceasingly. GOD SHOWED UP. You see, when God puts something in your spirit, and you allow Him to take over, there is nothing man can do to block it. I am thankful for those of you who speak life into me. I dedicate this Women’s Day to each of you. I thank you for your words of encouragement when I feel as if I can’t go on. I thank you for your support when I seek direction. Most of all, I am greatful for the confidence you have in me. Working for God isn’t easy, but it’s always worth it.
I leave you with this: When God gives you a vision…when He puts passion and fervor inside of you, He will equip you with people who will work tirelessly to see your vision come to fruition. Sometimes, in order for God to fulfill in us the work we are to do, we have to move from the place we are, and the people we are around. When we socialize, worship, work, etc with those who seek to quell our spirit and water down our vision, we must listen to God, and move.
