THEY ASK ME

They ask me HOW I can smile when the world is crumbling all around me.

They ask me HOW I keep going, even when things in my life seem to keep weighing me down.

They ask me WHY I find a reason to be positive even when situations seem negative .

They ask me HOW I can show love in a world full of hate.

They ask me HOW I found the will to live, even when I wanted to die.

They ask me IF I will ever throw in the towel.

I told them Joy resides in me.

I told them God keeps showing up.

I told them there’s a blessing on everything.

I told them everyone deserves love.

I told them I am too busy living, and I have no time to die.

I told them I tried to throw in the towel, but God threw it back.

As I continue to tell my story, and THEY continue to ask me, my answer now, and forever will be…IT WAS NOONE BUT GOD.

After spending over thirty years in the customer service industry, and my world was suddenly turned upside down, I found myself having to start my life over.
